Issue Addressed: If a non-Web Agency Order has been archived and the Your Reference field is changed after the archive, sending that order archive to Agency Express 4 for display on the Order Management page will either return an error or the Order Management page in AE4 will be blank.

This release does not present a change in system usage methodology.
Resolution: When sending archived Agency Orders to AE4, Ceres will only send web order Agency Orders. Additionally, when the archived Agency Order is sent, we will use the last record in the archive order set instead of the first record to ensure that the latest archived version is available on AE4.
