CERES5.03.58 - Send content of AE Survey Online Order Status

Issue Addressed: 

1. When the Agency AE Survey Online Order Status is set to Warning or Disabled, the Agency can still place an order on AE4.
2. Un-permitting Web Order for an Agency on AE4 does not un-permit the related Shoppers.
3. Agency specific Unit Fees are not sent to AE4.
4. Recurring Surveys are processed when Use AE Surveys is not checked in AE4 Setup.

Resolution: Ceres was updated adding the following functionality. 

1. When an AE4 Agency has a change in the AE Survey Online Order Status, send the associated Order Status to AE4 with the Agency record. 
2. Re-locate code so that when an AE4 Agency is un-permitted for Web Ordering that the related Shoppers are also un-permitted for Web Ordering.
3. Pass the Agency Fee Group into the calculation for Unit Fees so the Agency specific Unit Fees can be sent to AE4.
4. Updated code to check that if Use AE Surveys is not checked on AE4 Setup that AE4 Recurring Surveys are not processed.
