CERES5.03.55 - Provide Exception Logging for AE4.0

Modified on Fri, 16 Jan at 12:34 PM

Service Request or Support: SR-0003387

Issue Addressed: While an “over credit limit” situation was logged for AE4 Orders, AE4 does not have a Web Exception Queue like AE3 where users can easily identify the over credit limit orders and other AE4 order status issues. Currently, AE4 errors are logged against the Web Order in Ceres as a order comment. While this provides error information, it does not provide a summary overview of AE4 orders with errors/issues.

This release presents a change in system usage methodology. The following procedure documents were updated accordingly.

  1. AE4 Setup Process Queue Setup and Job Queue Setup
  2. Agency Express Managing Web Orders

Resolution: An Agency Express 4 Order Exception Queue was created to log AE4 order exceptions.  Users can review AE4 order exceptions across orders and navigate from the exception queue to the order to resolve any issues.  In addition to the AE4 Order Exception Queue, Agencies current UNC Activity Status was added to the Agency Order list page and the Agency Order pages to provide visibility of the current UNC Activity Status for the Agency.
