CERES5.03.65 - AE4 Updates

Issue Addressed: 

  1. Qty. on Hold for AE is not cleared after Agency Express 4 Order is created.
  2. Bulk Agency Express 4 Agency update does not add Agency to Agency Express 4 Queue
  3. Appointment Dates are showing on the web that should not be there.

Resolution: Ceres was updated adding the following functionality. 

 

  1. Removed the setting of the Qty. on Hold for AE for Agency Express 4 orders, as the field only applies to Agency Express 3 orders.
  2. Updated the Bulk Update Cust. AE Version No. process to ensure that the appropriate Agency Express 3 Web Processing Queue records are created and that the appropriate Agency Express 4 Queue records are created when the Agency is moved from one AE version to another.
  3. Updated date calculation to determine the first date to return in the web service call.
