This release presents a change in system usage methodology. The following procedure documents were updated accordingly.
- AE4 Setup Process Queue Setup and Job Queue Setup
Resolution:
- Check that no Agencies are on AE Version AE 4.0 before allowing Enable Web Ordering to be unchecked.
- AE Version No. has been added to the Agency Order List and Card before the Web Order field.
- Shoppers will be added to the Queue when an Agency has been removed from AE4.
- Eliminated code that checks for Shopper Endpoint.
- Updated code to use the Appointment Date passed in to calculate the Available Qty for the Item.
- Revised the process to: set Permit Web Order to False, then set the AE Version No., then set Permit Web Orders to True. The revised process will also capture the Agency’s shoppers that are permitted and re-permit the appropriate Shoppers.
- Add Item No. to Quantity Available error message.
- Added AE Version No. field to the Agency List page.
- Added new field to Agency Express 4 Setup to allow for an “Allowable Appt. Time Cutoff”. If the current time is after the cutoff time, another day will be added when determining the Earliest Allowable Appt. Date.
- Monitoring and Appointment Consumption confirmations have been excluded when processing AE4 Orders.
- A new Web Service “GetAgencyAvailableCreditLimit” has been created so the Agency credit limit check can be called separately from the order submit process.
