CERES5.02.77 - Delete Standing Appointments

Issues Addressed: The Delete Appointments by Date process successfully remove lines from the Appointment Line table, but not from the Standing Appointment Line table. It should remove old appointments from both tables.

This release does not present a change in system usage methodology. 

Resolution: Ceres was enhanced by updating the Delete Appointments by Date process (Report 14012576)  to also delete records from the Standing Appointment Line table.
