CERES5.02.37 - Clean up Code Standing Appointment Line

Service Request or Support: Deleting an Appointment Line for an Agency or having the Appointment consumed through Agency Express causes the Agency’s appointment setup to be updated incorrectly when the setup is for “every ‘X’ weeks”.  The Appointment Line deletion causes the Last Appointment Date field to be reset rendering the setup records invalid. Subsequent creation of Standing Appointments would ignore the setup records and Standing Appointments for these Agencies would not be created.

This release does not present a change in system usage methodology. 

Resolution: Ceres was enhanced by updating the Standing Appointment Line table (Table 14012345) and removing the unrelated lines of code.
