CERES5.02.42 - Consumption of Standing Appointment without Dialog Box

Service Request or Support: When a Foodbank is using Agencies & Receivables Setup.'Appointment Consumption Method' options of 'Manual Orders Only' or 'Both Order Types' and the Shipment Date on a Web Agency Order is changed, Ceres is consuming a Standing Appointment without any confirmation of the 'Appointment Consumption' to the user. Ceres should alert the user if a Standing Appointment is going to be consumed for a Web Order.

This release does not present a change in system usage methodology. 

Resolution: Ceres was enhanced by updating the Agency Order Header (Table 36), by updating logic to the CheckApptTime function to show a dialog box if a Standing Appointment is going to be consumed. The dialog box will show when the ‘Confirm App. Consumption’ option in the Agencies & Receivables Setup is set to ‘Manual Orders Only’ or ‘Both order Types’.
