CERES5.01.43 - Manual Order triggers Appointment Consumption multiple times

Issue addressed: When Appointment Consumption is set to non-blank on Agencies & Receivables Setup, entering a manual order will trigger the check appointment logic multiple times asking the user to consume a standing appointment.  If the user says yes to an appointment consumption, it proceeds to ask if the next appointment should be consumed, etc.

This release does not present a change in system usage methodology. 

Resolution: The check appointment logic in the Agency Header table (Table 36) was updated so that when Appointment Consumption is set to non-blank on Agencies & Receivables Setup, upon entering a manual order and the user confirming to consume a standing appointment, Ceres does not generate additional appointment consumption prompts.
