Issue Addressed: Expand ProgNo variable length in the DeleteAppointment function in the Standing Appointment Line table (Table 14012345) from 20 to 30.

Resolution: Ceres was enhanced by updating the Standing Appointment Line table (Table 14012345) expanding the ProgNo variable length in the DeleteAppointment function in Table 14012345 (Standing Appointment Line) from 20 to 30.
