CERES5.01.09 - PO delaying INIT process when Manual Nos in No-Series disabled

Issue addressed: When you have a No-Series defined on the PO with Default Nos. enabled and Manual Nos. disabled, the ‘DocNoVisible’ logic is suppressing the PO# field which is okay. However, with this functionality on, the INIT on table 38 (Purchase Header) is delayed from the beginning until later in the process, resulting in the INIT process stepping on previously validated and set fields - Location Code is one example, it may affect others as well.

This release does not present a change in system usage methodology. 

Resolution: Ceres was enhanced by adding functionality to the ‘Sell-to Customer No.’ field-trigger on table 38 (Purchase Header), to revalidate the ‘Location Code’ if the code is reset to blank.
