CERES5.01.08 - New Bank Account conflict with Contact

Issue addressed: When creating a new bank account, the User gets an error: "The following fields must have the same type:  Field: Recipient ID Exp. Date <--Pos. Pay Export File Path; Table: Contact <--Bank Account; Type: Date <-- Text

This release does not present a change in system usage methodology. 

Resolution: Ceres was enhanced by adding a dedicated function (InitContact) to CU-5058 (BankCont-Update), to individually populate Contact fields from the Bank-Account record in order to fix the issue with conflicted fields when doing a ‘TRANSFERFIELDS’.
