Issue addressed: When an Agency Express Order is posted (e.g. invoiced), the Invoice entry for submission to Agency Express is not being created.

This release does not present a change in system usage methodology.
Resolution: With this release Ceres has been enhanced to address the reported issue by modifying the Sale-Post Codeunit to create the Agency Express Invoice entry when an Agency Express Order is posted.
