CERES5.03.51 - Allow Selection of Location on WMS reports

Issue Addressed: 

1. The Queue Bins process does not allow a filter by Location which is necessary in order to allow just the Bins for a specific Location to be sent to WMS/AGI
2. The Queue Inventory in Bins process does not allow a filter by Location which is necessary in order to allow just the Inventory for a specific Location to be sent to WMS/AGI

This release does not present a change in system usage methodology. 

Resolution: Ceres was updated to add an optional Location Filter to the Queue Bins process (RP 14012593) and the Queue Inventory in Bins process (RP 14012594).  If a Location filter is not provided both processes warn the user that Bins and/or Inventory in Bins for all Locations will be generated.
