Issue Addressed: When processing a purchase return order for an item that exists on an agency order, Ceres is building purchase return lines, but one of the return lines may have a 0 quantity, due to the AO demand, and should not be included on the purchase return order. Additionally, when building the purchase return lines, Ceres is showing an incorrect informational message.

This release does not present a change in system usage methodology.
Resolution: Ceres was enhanced by updating the Copy Document Mgt. Codeunit (CU-6620) to exclude zero quantity lines and to correct the informational message presented to the user regarding the quantity currently available for return.
