With the Receipt Zone is marked as 'Not Available for AE', when the Warehouse Receipt is posted a Web Processing Queue entry is created and appropriately shows zero availability for the quantity in the as the Zone/Bin is marked as 'Not Available for AE'. When the Put-Away is posted/registered, which moves the quantity to a Bin that is available for AE, a Web Processing Queue entry for the Quantity Available is not created. If the Item is subsequently 'Resent to AE' the Agency Express quantity appropriately show the correct availability for the recently received quantity. |
Issue | Pallet Suggestion Handling for Qty. Available | Ceres does not consider Pallets recorded as a pallet suggestion as being available inventory. Ceres will now consider pallets recorded as a pallet suggestion as being available inventory thus preventing the understatement of the Available Quantity.

Enhancement | Refine Lot Date Message confirmation on PO/DO and/or Item Journal | Ceres 6 Work Item 520 (Change of Lot Expiration & Consume by dates are not cascaded correctly) added a confirmation message when either assigning and/or changing the Lot Dates (Consume by, Expiration, and Ship by) on a PO/DO and/or Item Journal to confirm that the change will apply to 'all other lines having the same Lot No.' The confirmation message is triggered regardless of if there are other lines in the same PO/DO and/or Item Journal with the same Lot No. as the line where the date was changed. The confirmation message has been refined to only be triggered if the Lot No. occurs more than once on the PO/DO and/or Item Journal. This change will suppress the confirmation message when initially assigning and/or changing the Lot No. dates since the Lot No. will only be present once.
Issue | Item Values Page Caption | On the Item Values page the 'Value' column has the incorrect column caption which is causing confusion as to the purpose of the column. The column caption should be 'Value per Lb.'
Issue | Inventory Value - Donated/USDA report has incorrect valuation when using Value Item By Effective Date | When using Value Item By Effective Date, Ceres 5.03.09 changed the purpose of the 'Value' field in Item Values table. Prior to this change the 'Value' field represented the case value of the Item. Ceres 5.03.09 changed the 'Value' to represent the Value per Lb. The Inventory Value - Donated/USDA report (Report 14012512) uses the 'Value' field for the case value of the Item which is really the Value per LB and was updated to correctly use the 'Case Value' field when calculating the case value of the Item.
