Issue addressed: When the Ceres Answers page is opened from the Ceres Question page, the Ceres Answer page should be Read-Only as the Answers are populated from the Ceres Questionnaire setup page and should not be changed via the Ceres Answer page. Additionally, the "Answers" page action on the Ceres Question page, should be de-promoted from the Home Ribbon.

This release does not present a change in system usage methodology.
Resolution: Ceres was enhanced to address the reported issue by updating the Ceres Question page (Page 14012481) and the Ceres Answers page (Page 14012482), to update the Action calls so that the applicable pages are non-editable.
Additionally, the applicable actions on the Ceres Question page (Page 14012481) and Ceres Answers page (Page 14012482) have been de-promoted; the ‘Questionnaire Code’ field on the Answers Page has been made visible and not editable.
