CERES5.03.11 - Expand Ceres No. fields to 20 characters to match base

Issue Addressed: Most of the Ceres specific 'No. Series' fields that have been added to the various setup tables (S&R, P&P, Inventory, etc.) are defined as Code 10. Base NAV 'No. Series' fields are defined as Code 20.

This release does not present a change in system usage methodology. 

Resolution: Ceres was enhanced by updating the tables above expanding the Ceres specific ‘No. Series’ fields from 10 to 20 characters.
