CERES5.02.58 - Report No. field on Agency Reporting Requirement too short

Issue Addressed: The Report No. Field on the Agency Activity Review table is only 10 characters.  An error is generated when deleting an Agency Activity Review Matrix Entry if the Report No. exceeds 10 characters.

This release does not present a change in system usage methodology. 

Resolution: Ceres was enhanced by updating the Agency Reporting Requirement table (Table 14012374), to increase the field length of field ‘Report No.’ from 10 to 20 characters, to match the ‘Questionnaire Code’ field length on the Agency Activity Review table.
