Issue Addressed: When a Ceres Question is defined as Multiple Choice Answer Type and the Type is either Single or Multiple and that Ceres Question is attached to a Ceres Questionnaire and the multiple-choice options are define for the Questionnaire, when the Agency Activity Review matrix page is opened, only the last multiple-choice option shows up as a Boolean field.

This release does not present a change in system usage methodology.
Resolution: Ceres was enhanced by updating the Ceres Answers page (Page 14012482), to enable editing of the ‘Ceres Answer Options’ only if the Question Type field is ‘Multiple’. The Agency Activity Review page (Page 14012483) was updated so the correct Ceres Answer Option fields display on the Matrix page; all multiple-choice options show up as Boolean fields and are able to be selected based upon the Question Type field. The Customer List page (Page 22) was updated to fix the Agency No. link to action ‘Agency Activity Review’.
