CERES5.02.82 - Record Link fails when linking a file with an embedded period

Issue Addressed: With Ceres 5.01.00 installed, when linking a file with an embedded period (e.g. File.Name.txt), the file linking process fails.

This release does not present a change in system usage methodology. 

Resolution: Ceres was enhanced to accommodate file names containing a period within the file name.
