Issue addressed: When trying to establish a link to a non-file (i.e. website), the link fails if you have a file path specified in the record links on the company information page.

Resolution:
- Table 2000000068 (Record Link) is updated by excluding website links in custom logic that handles central storage of links in a shared directory.
