CERES5.02.62 - Pallet Consolidation and Transfer Order Conflict

Issue Addressed: When using the ADCS Consolidate Pallet function, Ceres allowed a Pallet that is referenced on a Transfer Order to be consolidated when it should not have.

This release does not present a change in system usage methodology. 

Resolution: Ceres was enhanced by updating the Miniform Pallet Consolidation Codeunit to no longer permit the consolidation of a Pallet via the ADCS Consolidate Pallet function when the Pallet is represented on one or more in-process transactions which includes the following transactions:

1. Agency Order
2. Item Journal - This includes only Item Journals having a related Item Journal Template of Type: Item, Transfer, or Allocation.
3. Purchase/Donation Order
4. Transfer Order
