CERES5.02.44 - AGI Authentication

Issue Addressed: When AGI is used external to the network where Ceres is installed, authentication may be required.

This release does not present a change in system usage methodology. 

Resolution: Ceres was enhanced by providing for Anonymous and Userid/Password authentication on WMS Setup.  Normally Anonymous authentication will be utilized when the Export URL is “http” and Userid/Password authentication will be utilized when the Export URL is “https”.
