Issues addressed: The Queue Inventory in Bins queues item availability for Items in bins that have a negative quantity. AGI does not accept negative quantities which results in an error being returned from AGI to Ceres. It is desired that negative item availability is not sent to AGI.

Resolution: Ceres was enhanced such that negative Item availability is not queued for communication to AGI.
