CERES5.02.39 - Food Drive Statement Report has incorrect filter

Issue Addressed: The Food Drive Statement has an incorrect filter set on the G/L Entry Data Item which causes some Contributions to not show up on the Food Drive Statement.

This release does not present a change in system usage methodology. 

Resolution: Ceres was enhanced by updating the Food Drive Statement (RP 14012337) changing the G/L Entry Data-Item G/L Filter to Amount <> 0.  Additionally, the sign on the Amount field was flipped to reflect Revenue as a positive value on the statement.
