CERES5.01.70 - Non-Lot tracked Items have zero availability

Issue addressed: Non-Lot tracked Items are not available for selection on an Agency Order.  If a non-lot tracked Item is selected on an Agency Order the Quantity Available is always zero regardless of the Zone or Bin the non-lot tracked Item's quantity is in.

This release presents a change in system usage methodology. The following procedure documents were updated accordingly.

Resolution: Ceres was enhanced by eliminate the Lot No. filter when calculating Item Availability for non-lot tracked items in the Lot Management CodeUnit. (CU 14012258).  Additionally, and edit was added to prevent Non-Lot tracked Items from being Palletized.
