Issue Addressed: Distribution Pounds by County Report (14012292) will error if using any 'Non-Lot Tracked' Items in distributions to agencies during the period specified: These Items should be excluded. Receipts & Distribution report (14012277) is including 'Non-Lot Tracked' Items in the inventory by Storage Requirement summary portion of this report: These Items should be excluded.

This release does not present a change in system usage methodology. 

Resolution: Ceres was enhanced by adding filters to reports 14012292 (Distribution Pounds by County) and 14012277 (Receipts & Distribution), to exclude non ‘Lot No. Required’ Items.

A key update was required for table 14012332 (Item Ledger Report View) for the CALCSUM fields used in report 14012332: the ‘Lot No.’ field was added to key ‘Posting Date’, ‘UNC Storage Requirement Code’.
