Ceres5.00.80 - Web Order Validation Fails when Agency has a Country Code Specified

Issue addressed: Validate of web order fails when the agency has a country code entered. Code in the validate of the ship-to code updates the VAT Country code, triggering a recreate of sales lines to compute correct sales tax. This fails because it attempts to delete all the agency order lines first which is prohibited when the order is a web order. Message "You can't delete lines from a web order." is recorded in comments.

This release does not present a change in system usage methodology. 

Resolution: 

 - Table 36 (Sales Header) is updated by adding functionality to allow to enter or change the Ship-To Code if the Ship-to Address has a Country Code. This change will allow to update Sales Taxes if applicable.
