Issue addressed: Table 36 (Function SENDEMAIL) has send email code during cancelling an order that uses the to-email address as both the from and to email addresses resulting in Send as Error during SMTP submission. The From email address should be retrieved from SMTP Setup and use that as the FROM Email address. Also change wording in message from Sales Order to Agency Order.

This release does not present a change in system usage methodology.
Resolution: The from email will now be pulled from the SMTP Mail Setup table. Added Cancel Order action to the Agency Order page. When used, the user will receive a confirmation that the order will be deleted. If the Reason Code field is blank the user will receive an error.
