CERES5.00.27 - Inventory Valuation Report - incorrect date filter

Issue addressed: The Inventory Valuation Report uses the work date to filter the Effective Date values which results in incorrect Inventory values being reported.  The report should use the As Of Date provided by the User to report the correct Inventory values.

This release does not present a change in system usage methodology. 

Resolution: Ceres was enhanced to address the issue by updating the date filter used in the report to the “As of Date” so the correct Inventory values are reported.
