CERES5.00.42 - Report Selections for Agency Statement

Issue addressed: When configuring the “Agency Statement” usage via Report Selection – Distributions, the usage is set to the "C.Smt" option. However, the Generate E-Statements utilizes the "A.Smt" option.

Resolution: Ceres was enhanced to address the reported issue such that the Generate E-Statements functionality utilizes the "C.Smt" option. Additionally, the report caption was updated for the “Agency Statement” report.
