This release does not present a change in system usage methodology. 

Resolution: With this release Ceres has been enhanced to address the reported issue by changing the menu call for Agency Statment2 to Ceres Agency Statement and updating the report caption on the Agency Statement2 (RP 14012530) to Ceres Agency Statement.
