CERES5.03.49 - Show Fields when using AE4 Surveys

Issue Addressed: 

  1. When AE Surveys are not used for AE3 but are used for AE4, fields on the Agency Card and Ceres Questionnaire Setup pages do not display.  
  2. Returning Appointments and Time Slots could cause a continuous loop if no Appointment Lines are found.
  3. When an Agency is set to AE4 and has a Survey Questionnaire code setup.  When “Use AE Survey” is checked the surveys are not sent to AE4.

This release does not present a change in system usage methodology. 

 

Resolution: 

  1. Ceres was updated, adding functionality to check if AE Surveys for AE4 is turned on and if so display the related AE Survey/Questionnaire fields on the Agency Card and Ceres Questionnaire Setup pages.
  2. Added code to return a blank appointment if no Appointment Lines are found after the current day.
  3. When Use AE Survey is checked for AE4, Ceres will look for Agencies set to AE4 and queue any Surveys that have not already been sent to Agency Express.
