Issue Addressed: When posting a warehouse activity header, a WMS Queue is created for the deleted record. When restarting the WMS Job Queue, Error Code 200 needs to be checked.

This release does not present a change in system usage methodology.
Resolution: Added code to not send a Warehouse Activity Header record to the WMS Queue when it is being deleted during the posting. Added check for Error Code 200 when restating the WMS Job Queue.
