Issue Addressed: When creating and printing agency pallets from the agency order page, the option to show request page is not being used. Regardless of the setting, the request page was not shown.

This release does not present a change in system usage methodology.
Resolution: Ceres was enhanced by updating the report call to show the request page to provide the option to not print straight to system printer.
