CERES5.02.94 - Assign Reason Code on Agency Order without cancelling

Modified on Tue, 28 Nov, 2023 at 12:50 PM

Service Request or Support: N/A

Issue Addressed: With Ceres 5.00.56, when assigning a Reason Code to an Agency Order, Ceres initiates the Order Cancelation process.  A user should be able to assign a Reason Code to an Order without Ceres attempting to cancel the order.  There is a separate "Cancel Order" action on the Agency Order page to cancel an Agency Order.

Objects Affected:

Type               ID                    Name

Page               42                    Agency Order

This release does not present a change in system usage methodology.

Resolution: Ceres was enhanced by disabling functionality on the Reason Code field trigger on the Agency Order page, where logic had been added to initiate the Order Cancellation process. This is no longer needed since Ceres 5.00.56 has added a dedicated action to cancel an Agency Order.
