This release does not present a change in system usage methodology.
Resolution: The issue was tracked down to the Agency and Vendor un-apply assigning the next Transaction No. without posting a G/L entry with the same Transaction No. The Reverse Trans process uses Transaction No. which causes it to select transactions for reversal that are unrelated to the original transaction. The Reversal process was updated to exclude the Agency and Vendor un-apply transactions from the Reversal process.
