CERES5.01.99 - Bin Content records deleted with non-zero quantity

Issue Addressed: When posting an Inventory Pick, the Bin Content record of a Bin that is not flagged as a fixed bin will be deleted resulting in an error like Bin Contents not found for Item=XX, Bin=YY, Location =ZZ.

This release does not present a change in system usage methodology. 

Resolution: Ceres was enhanced by adding functionality to CU-7301 (Whse. Jnl.-Register Line), 

function UpdateLastUsedBinContent to resolve the issue noted above.
