CERES5.02.68 - Relax Shopper requirement when creating Allocated Orders

Issue Addressed: When Agency Orders are created from the Allocation Journal, the “Create Orders” process does not assign a Shopper to the orders and if “Shopper Mandatory” is yes, the orders need to be manually updated with a Shopper before they can be released.

This release does not present a change in system usage methodology. 

Resolution: Ceres was enhanced by updating the Sales-Post codeunit (CodeUnit 80) and the Release Sales Document codeunit (CodeUnit 414) to exclude Allocated Orders from the “Shopper Mandatory” requirement.
