CERES5.02.36 - Not allow to delete a default Ship-to Address

Modified on Tue, 11 Apr, 2023 at 10:11 AM

Service Request or Support: Ceres allows a Ship-to Address to be deleted when it is referenced as the "Default Ship-to Code" on the Agency record. This causes issues when an Agency Order is created for the Agency and the Agency Order attempts to use a Ship-to Code that does not exist.

Objects Affected:

Type                           ID                    Name

Table                          222                 Ship-to Address

This release does not present a change in system usage methodology.

Resolution: Ceres was enhanced by updating the Ship-to Address table (Table 222)  by adding functionality to the OnDelete trigger to prevent deletion if the Ship-to Address is set as the Default Ship-to Address on the Agency card.
