CERES5.02.23 - Add AO No. and AO Line No. to Ext. Doc. No. for Short/Cut Item Jnl. Line

Issue Addressed: The Agency Order and Agency Order Line No. was added to External Document No. on the Shorts & Cuts Journal when a Short/Cut is created.  This allows the Food Bank to more easily identify the Agency Order & Agency Order Line that the short is related to.

This release does not present a change in system usage methodology. 

Resolution: Ceres was enhanced by updating the Lot Management to add the Agency Order No. and Agency Order Line No. to the Item Journal Line External Document No. for Item Ledger Entries created via shorts and cuts.

Note: The user may need to add the External Document No. field to the Shorts and Cuts Journal line (via Choose Columns) to see the Agency Order & Agency Order Line the short/cut information.
