CERES5.02.22 - Fix correct Item Jnl. Line instance for HER Rating field population

Issue Addressed: The Item’s “HER Rating” is being assigned to the incorrect instance if the Item Journal Line. This results in the actual value of the Item’s “HER Rating” not flowing to the Item Ledger Entry when Item Journal entries are created and posted.

This release does not present a change in system usage methodology. 

Resolution: Ceres was enhanced by updating Table 83 (Item Journal Line) to assign the “HER Rating” to the correct instance of the Item Journal Line.
