Issue Addressed; When selecting the Agencies - Blocked list on Agency Relations Mgr. Role Center all Agencies are displayed.

This release does not present a change in system usage methodology.
Resolution: Ceres was enhanced by updating the Customer List page (Page 22) to correctly show blocked Agencies when the Agencies – Blocked list is utilized.
