CERES5.01.72 - Update Pallet Info available on Agency Order

Issue addressed: The Pallet No. selection dropdown on the Agency Order Line does not indicate the Quantity Available and displays all Pallets.

This release does not present a change in system usage methodology. 

Resolution: Ceres was enhanced by updating the Pallet No. selection dropdown to include the Quantity on Hand field and limit the Pallet list to only Pallets that have a Quantity on Hand.
