Issue addressed: When using the “Resend to AE” action on the Item Card, the correct Item Fee records are not generated for Agency Express.

This release does not present a change in system usage methodology.
Resolution: Ceres was enhanced by updating the Resend to AE action to send the correct Item Fee records to Agency Express.
