Issue addressed: With Ceres 5.01.02 (AGI Integration) applied, if WMS Setup is not initialized certain functions in Ceres generate an error.

This release does not present a change in system usage methodology.
Resolution: With this release, Ceres has been enhanced to address the reported issue by evaluating whether client has enabled WMS prior to validating WMS logic.
