You can submit a ticket while in the Customer Center. Tickets can also be submitted by email and phone.
From the home page a new ticket can be created at the page header or with the action button. The page header is available throughout the Customer Center providing new tickets to be created without returning to the home page.
1. Select Submit a ticket to begin a new ticket.
2. Add the Requester, Subject, and Description. Then select Submit when finished.
