CERES5.00.51 - Grant Dimension Update and new Calc Method

Issue addressed: The following Grant related issues were addressed:

1. The incorrect Grant Default Dimensions are being defaulted on the General Journal and/or Grant Journal when a Grant is selected.
2. The incorrect Grant Fund and/or Dimensions are being applied to Grant entries created when an Agency Order with a Grant is posted.
3. When using a Grant with a Bracket percent the calculation is not being rounded to cents.
4. The Grant Calc. Method Steps do not contain a Method Step to round to the nearest cent.

This release does present a change in system usage methodology.  The following procedure document was updated accordingly: 

Resolution: Ceres was enhanced to address the reported issues by:

1. DimensionManagment (Codeunit 403) was updated to default the correct grant dimensions on the General and/or Grant Journal. 
2. Sales-Post (Codeunit 80) was updated to provide the correct Grant Fund and/or Dimensions when an Agency Order with a Grant is posted.  
3. Grant Management (Codeunit 14012253) was updated to round the Bracket calculations to the nearest cent.
4. Grant Management (Codeunit 14012253) was updated to add a Grant Calc. Method Step to round to the nearest cent.

NOTE: Subsequent to importing CERES5.00.51, the following record needs to be created in Table 14012273 (Grant Method Step).
