Issue addressed: White space in Ceres Question data causes inbound processing of survey data to be incomplete.

This release does not present a change in system usage methodology.
Resolution: With this release Ceres has been enhanced to address the reported issue by modifying the Survey Management Codeunit to remove white space (leading, trailing and between characters) and illegal XML characters from the Ceres Question data.
